A conversation pit designed not around seating, but around gathering — one soft landscape that carries a night from celebration to communal comfort.

The Problem
Furniture is built for single activities — sitting, dining, sleeping. Real gatherings are not. As a night moves from socializing to eating, listening, resting and sleeping, people improvise across disconnected pieces. The best moments happen after the afters, when nobody is ready for the night to end. This project asks one continuous system to hold the entire arc.

Signature Moments
AThe soft topography — the whole surface is inhabitable, no assigned seats.
BSystems that disappear — fridges, tables, charging and audio hidden until needed.
CThe sleep dome rises silently, sealing the pit beneath a fiber-optic star ceiling.
